Default VACUUM HOSE

Where do the 2 vacuum lines on the PVC valve go to.... on the intake manifold? Also the vacuum hose on the oil fill tube on the left valve cover, where does this go?

Thanks for any help!

the hose on the oil fill tube lets filtered clean air enter the crankcase so that the PVC valve can pull it through the engine and then dump it back into the intake manifold.
the PCV valve helps remove the blow by gases from the crankcase and reburns them by dumping it back into the intake manifold. there is always some leakage of combustion pressure past the piston rings and this gas is the blow by gas the PCV valve is designed to remove from the interior of the engine. years ago before emission controls the crankcase was just vented to atmosphere by a vent tube down low on the motor which puffed blow by gases out onto the ground whenever the motor was running and let moisture condense in the crankcase as the engine cooled down after being shut off. the closed PCV system helps reduce the amount of water vapor that condenses in the crankcase and dilutes the motor oil which hurts its lubrication properties.

yes, using the larger fitting under the intake manifold. clean out the hose first to make sure it isn't full of gunk and goo, then reinstall it on the manifold.
