Hey guys, I need your knowledge for a bit here. I am looking into getting exhaust done this week. I am not going to get headers just yet. I am thinking about buying a UPR O/R X - Pipe tomorrow. Still not too sure about what mufflers to get. Suggestions would be great! My question is if I get the O/R X-Pipe does it eliminate the cats that are currently on the stock H exhaust system? I talked to a muffler shop yesterday and they said they could do the X-pipe, with Dynomax's and existing tailpipes for $650. He also said the cats would still stay on... but I don't want them on. Does the O/R X not adapt right onto the headers and back to the mufflers?? Kinda confused sorry guys.

someones tryin to ream you dude. youre exhaust consist of 3 main parts. headers, h pipe, catback, which is from the h pipe back including mufflers. if you already have the x pipe and hes charging you 650 than hes charging that just for the mufflers if theyre still using your pipes. you can buy flowmaster catback exhaust for 300-350 and thats the mufflers and the tailpipes. try a new shop dude. just buy the catack exhaust system yourself and then have someone put the x pipe and catback on.
