Default Still Having Fuel Pump Troubles... 92 GT

Ok, this is giving me a MASSIVE headache. I've looked at all the wiring diagrams I could find (Chiltons, Hayens, MitchellOnDemand) and can't find what I'm looking for. Here's the problem:

My fuel pump is getting no power, the inertia switch neither, nor the connector behind the driver side kick panel. So therefore, there's a problem earlier on in the wiring. I can get the fuel pump to start up by stealing power from the hatch. Anyways, where is my fuel pump relay? Been lookin for it, but to no avail. Also, where is the fuseable link in the circuit, I know there is one, just don't know where. Is there any other connectors that may be disconnected other than that... 12 i believe it is... pin one behind the driver side kick panel?

If anyone could answer ANY of this, that would be great... been tryin to find this problem for like... a week now.

Fuel pump relay is under the driver seat. If you move the seat all the way forword its pretty easy to take it out. As for the fusable link I'm not sure about. Good luck, hopefully you can track down your problem.

There's zero interior in the car :\ the relay isn't there :\ on ALL 87-93 foxes was it there? If it was I'll just go out and buy a relay and see if it has the same connector as a connector there, but I doubt it. No connector in that area looks like a relay connector. Besides, if the relay is AFTER that connector in the driver side kick panel, that wouldn't help my problem :\ Getting no power from that... I hate wiring.

I have an 86 so I don't know if its the same on 87-93. I do know the later 4 bangers had the fuel pump relay under the seat but not sure about 5.0's. I have a fuel pump wiring diagram from all data in my garage. I'll find it tomorrow and let you know how the relay is wired in.

The FP relay is located in front of the RH strut tower for the '92 LX/GT, check item #11 in the engine bay map you'll find at https://mustangforums.com/upfiles/28...D2C7688EC5.jpg

Added:
Also use this power distribution wiring diagram, the fuse link is attached to the starter solenoid, item #34 in the engine bay map. Hope this helps.
