what should i run on my 306 for a cam? i want somethin with some low end torque and a sick idle. I want to buy a set of aftermarket heads for around 1g any suggestions?

the trickflow st 1 cam is very sick sounding. umm...a guy on here can let you hear a sound clip of it...what was his name??? oh well cant remember but hell be on here id say. its the best sounding smaller cam ive heard.
