no emissions, inspections or anything in MI... I love it. for your problem though, buy a catted pipe for real cheap and put it on. its only once a year, right? should be a huge deal

where in lousiana do you live? im in baton rouge and i heard they are pritty hard on emissions.

i took the heatsheilds off my stock cats, and tacked em onto my offroad H pipe.. giving the appearance of cats.. lol
