Default combo suggestion

so I got a set of trickflow's twisted wedge heads for cheap... I want to also do a cam and intake swap at the same time. What cam and intake do you suggest running? the engine is pretty much stock as of now wit 89k

I was thinkg about the RPMII since I have heard some pretty good stuff about it and the E303 cam, but I have heard there are better cams with bigger gains out there. I basically want the most power possible and still staying emissions legal. thanks

the heads are brand new still in the box! I originally wanted to go wit some AFR's but I couldn't pass up this deal. So it looks like the trick flow intake and stage 1 cam... what intake do you think the street heat or the track heat? The differance is just the RPM band that it makes power at right? Also will I lose any torque with this set up? Thanks for the help guys

Trick flow tw heads, cam would be a good combo with a gt40 intake. the gt40 makes the power from a lower rmp, better than the trick flow. -just a suggestion, (and its what i am running)

Get an account at fordmuscle.com to see some back to back dyno tests. Basically the two are pretty close (intake manifolds).
The FRPP cams aren't the best anymore; go with the whole Trick Flow setup, I'd say so you are sure about the combination working together well.

I'd just get whatever comes in their top end kit.
