maybe someone heated them up and shortened the springs

if it sat tilted for a while it could cause sagging

Do you want to lower your car? Or do you want stock ride height?

Maybe you have BBK springs. I recently put new progressive rate BBK springs and isolators on my 94 GT and now it sits like a damn tug boat.

Just get yourself a set of lowering springs for all around and fix the problem. The new springs will probably come with insulators as well.

The pigtails on the bottom of the springs should be to the rear and pointing to the left. Get under there and look you'll see what I mean. I would bet someone changed them and just threw in the new springs.
