I have the wild ride battle boxes, mine were starting to crack as well. I had them welded up and battle boxes installed on the uppers and lowers. I had those welded in as well, not just bolted in.

wildridesracecars.com

uprproducts.com

both sell identical kits, i have the wild rides kit in my car, if you can weld it is easy to install, i did mine myself, repaired the slight ripping in my right lower and completetly welded uppers and lowers up.

have the kit installed and have every single seam welded solid.

Oh. I need to look at that and get a good understanding of them. For some reason I always thought they were near the back of the car.
