cam on stock heads.

cam on stock heads.
my current '90 5.0LX is all stock with exception of 3.73's, cold air, lightweight hatch and hood by steeda, and a steeda short shifter. but thats not engine mods to begin with.
my question is, which cam would be a good setup with stock heads?
I am assuming that I would need new roller rockers and valve springs??
the motor is up there in miles, so just figured rockers and springs would make sense for it to work right with the adjustments of the mildly agressive cam that I want.
is a 224/224 duration too agressive for the heads?
in my last 5.0, I had 218/224 dur. on stock heads, but I want more this time around, and I got the car with the cam already installed, last time. so I didnt have to do anything.
well which cam setup would be the best?

RE: cam on stock heads.
Any cam on stock heads is a waste. Get 1.7 roller rockers or GT40 or P heads. You need to improve airflow before you change the lift and duration. The stock cam really isn't a bad cam if you get some air to it.
