Default 351 for my 95 GT?

I posted last week sometime, some questions about blowing and NOSing my 95 GT, and the popular response seemed to be "why not just drop in a 351"?

Well heres my question, I have in my possession a 1995 F-250 with a 351 and 235k on the clock. Would this motor be sufficient with a bottom up rebuild, would any of the stock wiring be capatible, any and all facts, thoughts, and/or opinions would be appreciated.

95 and newer 351 should be a roller cam block, thats good.

use your stock wiring harness and computer. 351 has some firing order so no probs there.

that motor with 235k needs a rebuild, and not just bearings
