Overheating again

HI,my fox overheated this morning when i was going to work,it has a hose coming out of the throtle body and is conected to a tube behind the intake,this passage can be bypassed on the water pump or not?I think this tube gives water to the throtle and the heater inside the car...

The hose coming out of the throtle is broke and i was thinking in bypass it at the water pump.
