you probably have a bad multifunction switch (wiper switch) .... the contacts inside get dirty and go bad.... get a new one

ok, thanks...... also, is there a fuse for this or could this be a sign of a bad wiper motor?????

yep. if it works on high speed, the motor obviously works, and the fuse is good. replace yo switch!

can u only replace the switch with a new turn signal lever and everything? cause thaqts gonna be 110 bux
