So my air condition is just the oposite. All it does it blow hot air? What parts do I need to replace. Just the condenser or what?

you're just going to have to take in to get checked out.

dont know if the 94-95's had the R-12, if it does its expensive to service

the compressor mounted up on the engine is what makes
noise when it goes out. or your blower could be going bad and you just need the system charged

is the sound inside or in the engine compartment?

It's comming from the engine compartment. I happen to have a large stash of r-12 coolant so I am not worried about that. It blows air just fine out the vents. So what actually cools the air?
