You could have got out of yourself too, if you turnd off the car and got out before you see light than there is no way he could have given you a ticket because the is no way he would know who did it you or your friend, and he has to be 100@ sure who it was or you could take him to court and get out of it easily.

I know here in CA its exhibition of speed, I know someone who was burning out in a Target parking lot and got busted and ticketed, but when he wen to court it got tossed out because Target is considered private property. I havent gotten popped for EOS but i heard there are stiff fines involved and even license suspensions.

Its pretty bad out here where I live, 16 year olds are getting fast stangs and little honda cars and wrecking. Every one gets a car and puts and intake and exhaust on it and thinks their Joe Racer. About 2 weeks ago a kid and his GF died hitting a pole racing his buddy in an Accord the both lost it but the Stang got ripped apart. I think it was a 90 or 91. But cops have been really really stricked with stuff like that here in Los Angeles County. If you get busted at the street races its a ticket, and better yet if you get while racing your car goes bye bye and they crush it. No ifs and or butts. Gone.
