Default Best way to clean a.......

Whats the best way to clean a used gt40 intake that will be going on my car this week?
What products did you guys use, or how much was it to get it treated at a speed shop.
Thanks, cant wait till its on.

Its a early 97 explorer intake.

I have had good luck with the engine degreaser stuff that you spray on, let it soak for about 10 minutes and wash it all of with a garden hose. Can we see pics of it just to see how greasy it is?

I Got my 97 explorer intake at a junkyard for $150.00. It looked like sh** and had a crack in it. I took it home welded the crack up and glass beeded it. Looks brand new

Nothing will clean it better that glass or sand beeds.
