i went from manual to a/t the b&m shifter isnt fitting right. i broke my console tring to put it in over the shifter.the console is hitting the shifter. are a/t consoles taller? my car is an 88 mustang gt it was manual but now a/t. plz give me info

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, my car is the reverse (a/t to m/t) and it is perfect.

i dont think c6 is a straight swap, and no the console's are the same
