Default A quick question...

I'm just about to buy my first Mustang. It's an import to the UK from Japan. At the the top of the windscreen there are two transparent stickers, side by side and approx 12" wide by 3" high, with what liiks like an element running around the edge and an electrical connection coming away from the bottom of each. My guess is that it may be some kind of heater - but does anyone know for sure?

Thanks in anticipation....

<--- 9 years in the auto glass industry. Never seen such a thing on a front windshield from the factory. That doesn't mean it was never made for export though. But I've never seen one in Eastern USA. I'd be interested in a pic if you could.

I have seen "antennae's" for aftermarket GPS that were faily large and on the top of the windshield. Looked like big stickers.
