it may be the ignition module on the distributor.

yes there is, all fuel injected 5.0s had them,
there is a plug going to your distributor, the plug plugs into the grey rectangle thing on the distributor, that is your TFI (thick film ignition) also known as the ignition module.

Jack up front and rear license plates, remove car, insert new 5.0, problem solved.
i don't know why i found that so funny, but that was a good one!

Same I changed my sparks on Thursday, mine I guess doesn't feel like I am dropping the clutch, more like bogging. I never did check my cap and rotor... I'll look into it. More suggestion is always a help for to people with similar problems.

i really do think its a very simple problem, and its not worth selling your car over. when you installed your plugs, did you use a spark plug wrench? the rubber on the inside serves two puposes. 1. It holds the spark plug, and 2. It keeps the plug from cracking. a cracked plug will not fire. next step would be to get a fuel pressure gauge and check your f/p when the problem is occuring.

fuel pump and plugs are all new
and still does the same
