Default 3.8 to 5.0 Swap

What all would I need to do this swap??? I have a 99. Is the 5.0 carb or EFI? Would I need a computer or anything like that?

Pre 86 5.0s were carb. Personally, I think you'd be looking at quite a bit of money to pull this swap off. Just sell the 99 and buy a 94 or 95 GT if you prefer the SN-95 5.0 or you could always buy a Fox. It's your money though.

I think you have to get a 94-95 crossmember... I could be wrong. It is what I have heard.
