Default Fuel problem !!

I recently installed a 255 LPH fuel pump along with a fuel pressure regulator and a liquid filled pressure gage on schreader valve. I adjusted and set my FPG to 30 PSI and for some reason when my car gets warm it starts to hesitate and I can feel back pressure in the exhuast, although it is not back firing the hesitation only comes after the car as warmed up. To also mention my temp gauge rises while sitting at a light. Can someone please tell me what could be wrong with my car.

My car has a 3 core aluminium radiator, bigger water pump and new thermostat, electric adjustable fan and a new engine water cooler. So I would think none of these would be my problem. Could it have something to do with me having a bigger fuel pump and no I am not running nitirous or a super charger ????? Thanks your information is appreciated.

30 psi is too low even for bone stock minus a cylinder.

39 PSI (with vaccum dis-attached) is stock, I'd set it back to stock. Why did you turn it down so much?

Not to long ago I was playing with the fuel pressure and set it 40 PSI to see how it ran and it ran and reeked of gas smell not to include ran horrible. What would be the best way to check my fuel pressure on my gauge? Check it while the engine is warmed up or when I crank it up in the morning ? Thanks

I have a liquid filled gauge. (yes I know it sucks !!)
