Default Is this safe

Is a 9.7:1 compression , safe for 6-8 pounds of boost from a supercharger?

sure it is...the gm's are like 10.5:1 from the factory

thats safe w/ about 12-15 lbs of boost

its a 306 with forged piston, edelbrock performer heads. 1.6 roller rockers, hardened pushrods, and e-303 cam
