Now i heard if i remove it or loosen it up it will improve my quarter mile time. Any truth to this? im in a quest for high 13's i ran a best o 14.0 @ 99.5mph with a ****ty 2.24 60ft. Also i just added a/c delete to lighten the accesory load. * mods E303 cam (5spd), bbk cai, bbk uds, smog delete and full exhaust

the ac delete was stupid i'd remove it because the ac is disabled at WOT anyway

not sure how much that cams worth with stock heads id say at most 10hp maybe more im not sure

you could remove the front sway bar not sure how much it would help you

obviously your launch is killing you 2.2 is nothing special.. i'd invest in some suspension upgrades like subframe connectors and U&L control arms

 

Yeah i got subframe connectors on it. Im running a stock 00 gt wheel with stock goodyears

 

I bet you that your car had heads on it before.. The old owner just sold them to make more money..Thats what happend to me, I pulled the heads off low and behold their is some new felpro gaskets and ARP head bolts with some notched pistons!! I was pissed at first, but no i don't care..

im not sure how fast my car is now but i can get a b303 cam for like 80$, i never did before cuase i didant think it would help at all.

right now i have 3.73 gears, cai, headers, )full exhaust on the way) bnm sts, preformance clutch, and 245/45 fuzion tires.

also ud pullys smog delete and ac removed
