Default Engine managment

OK im trying to decide on what EMS to get. I know of the PMS, the tweccer, and the AEM stand alone computer. so whats the best and what do you know!!

i played with tweecer once, my boss has it, and i watch a tech at work set up a program for him. its what i'm going to buy when i get to that point of the game
