Default Idle Not Fixed

Well I thought adjusting my idle screw solved all my issues, but having driven it regularly noticed the idle is still somewhat messed up. It consistently idles @ about 900-950 rpm but if i turn it lower the idle will roll from near stalling at 300ish to 1500 rpm. What sort of issues could cause this problem? That lil black do hicky on throtte body i got a voltage reading of .54 as opposed to the .99 everyone is talking about. My IAC ?!?! is clean and mass air sensor virtually brand new. Even with new Mass Air the car still does it.

My motor is .030 over w/ B303 camshaft those are the only mods and before my rebuild the car had the IDENTICAL problem. What a waste of money the rebuild was.

what year is the car? 86-95 you may want to Check Codes.
for 96-06 you will need a code scanner.

i had a simular prob with my 87 after i added mass air to it. Adjust your TPS to .99 volts, check your timing, set your idle where it runs the best (mine is at 1100), then clear your memory by leaving the neg. battery cable off for about 20 min.
