Default air to fuel ratio

Would anyone care to explain to me the readings, and the best ratio...basically how to read this if I have a gauge. (I need one more gauge to fill up my pod, and I'm contemplating what gauge to get)

basically you want a 14:1 air/fuel ratio. anything over 14 is lean, anything under is rich. man i got a teacher who could talk you to death about this. he gets so into it.

you wont get any info from a narrow band because as far as i know there are no digital narrow band gauges. and even if there were, the narrow band o2's jump all over the place constantly that youd never know what the motor was doing. wide band o2 is the only way to go

14.7 is what you want in a perfect world

14.0-14.2 is more realistic.......this is at idle and cruzing

13.0-13.5 is good for excellerating if your motor is N/A

12.0-11.0 is good for excellerating if your boosted
