For anyone that has mounted the saleen wing on a hatchback. I just got my car painted and I had the guy repaint my old gt wing and my new saleen wing. When looking at the saleen wing it has 4 mounting holes and the stock gt only has 3. The other thing that i noticed is that the 3 stock holes dont line up except for one to the gt's holes. What did you guys do to mount your saleen wing. Also what did you use to fill in the other holes and protect the mounting holes from water getting into the hatch?

in my personal opinion, keep the GT wing. If you do decide to use the saleen wing, fill in the holes on the decklid and drill new ones for the saleen wing.

yeah you'd need to fill in the original holes and drill new ones. i personally hate the GT wing so i would either mount that saleen up, or maybe look for a 1993 cobra wing or even a LX wing. i'm just not a fan of the GT wing at all.

it's not a real Saleen wing. you have the S-Style wing. thats why it doesn't match up. just tap your hatch to make it fit.
