when getting on it down the road, shifting into fourth gear, it grinds, almost everytime, but when i go slow, it doesnt do it... is this my clutch perhapes? i cant get my clutch to slip... so im not sure...

 

4th gear synchros are dying out on you. When you're driving and shifting slowly the gears have more time to mesh before being locked together, so they don't grind...at least not as bad as when you slam it in.

Clutches shouldn't have anything to do with that.
