I was just bugged to know what is faster between 87-92 mustangs and camaros?
1.89'mustang GT5.0 manual. vs. 89'Iroc-z 5.7TPI auto

my girlfriend has a 71 camaro, her dad dropped in a racing 350 of some type (not sure of the details but its really fast) and my uncle has a 2001 z28 camaro with an auto. cant wait to race them when i get a stang....dont have one yet but i want an 89-92 GT.

unfortunitly camaros come stock with more hp and torque then stangs. mods make a huge differance so it is hard to say what will win against what without actually going light to line on the strip. the driver also makes a big differance as well as tons of other stuff. The best way find out if you can smoke some one is to line 'em up and SMASH OUT!!!

oh yeah i forgot to say that my boy has a 71 Camaro w/ a blown 502 and a 100 shot of N20.. that f#$ker.. looks like a peice of ****.. but he has won about 6 clean *** rides running for pinks!!

No bliss at all, every one of those cars i've gone up against on the street has lost to my stock 87 gt. Even the Z28. The Z28 is about equal, but the rest of them don't put up much of a fight at all...

Now if we were talking 93 stang vs. 93 z28, that's all Camaro.

Yea dude, old cameros were slow as hell. I beat one real bad with two friends in the car and a bad start last summer.
