how is every thing

i have a camshaft Trick Flow ( Advertised Duration 275/279, Lift .499/.510 )

and i have a 89 bolton Mustang and 373 gears and auto transmission

, i wanna know if this cam match with my stock heads and these mods i wrote.

i hope to give my some info of this cam and what mods i must buy it

I think it might be a little big for you.

if you ask me thats a hell of a lot of duration......maybe you mean you have 221/225 .499/.510

thats the trick flow stage 1, I have one in my car and it runs nice, but I also have the twisted wedge heads to compliment it. but +1 for frop, it might be a bit much for a stock motor.

if ur looking at the trickflow stage 1 cam it would be a nice addition to ur car a lot of people on the website have it in there car but if i were u i would wait on purchasing it until ur really ready to dig into the motor so u don't have to tear it down twice. just wait until ur ready to do a h/c/i swap and just do it all at once

why do all the work for the cam when you dont have heads?

like jasper said, just wait till you do the H/C/I swap
