yeah their customer service was definatly not up to par. they had good contact with me most of the time. but then they said the balance shop was too busy to do my work. so after about a month they finally got it. then they said theyd assemble it and ship it on this day, and then they didnt realize it was 4th of july so i had to wait another week.

then when they did ship it, they never told me or gave me a tracking number. and when i finally told them i was going to take matters to the authorities they said they sent an email and blah blah, so i found out it was shipped on the day i was able to pick it up.


But then, R&L ****ed me, they destroyed most of the pallet the engine was on. which also pissed me off cause i thought it would be crated. but they lost my balancer and flexplate that was shrink wrapped on the pallet. so i paid 2600 dollars for a scat forged crank, srp probe forged pistons, a new block, 4340 forged hbeam rods, and a balancer and flexplate that i havnt even seen yet. and that price included shipping.

due to this one experience i probably wont be buying anything from them again. but for the price, it was a pretty good deal.


as for the kenne bell vs the hellion. i definatly want both hahaha
