ok so when retorquing your lower intake after your swap... did you guys pull the upper off and retorque all the bolts or did you just do the ones you could get too????
not sure if this is a stupid question or not... but i have to ask.

oh darn... looks like more work for me.... by any chance do you know how long i should wait before retorquing or how many times i should do it. i think the motors been run for, maybe 10 mins and driven for another 10. should i wait till i have a few hours on it or retorque now?

Heres what I usually do - when torquing the intake down, you should go over the sequence like 5 times (if not more), until theyre all even. Youll notice that each time a bolt or 2 will be a few pounds off. Then run the car to to full operating temp, retorque it, most of the time the torque doesnt change. Sometimes it does though.
