I doubt you need a rebuild kit..I would however install a new clutch pak and would just replace the axle seal and pinion seal

well, i got the rebuild kit because i can hear one of my wheel bearings grinding, so i figured if i'm going to be in the axle anyway i might as well rebuild it. plus i'm going to be reefing the **** out of it with those 3.73s in it, so i figured it could use a freshening (it has 100K on it)

i had the same question, you'll need to change out your drive gear as well, go with a 6T/18T, that will be perfect (see why in that thread)
