New suspension installed, vibration???

New suspension installed, vibration???
Last night I wrapped up about 95% of my suspension install. I still need to bolt in the motorsport strut brace. I installed kyb gr2 shocks, motorsport B springs, energy suspension spring isolators front and rear, ES urethane sway bar bushings and offset rack bushings, motorsport front control arms, summit rear tubular control arms, motorsport camber plates, and BBK bolt in subframe connectors. Needless to say, the car is completely transformed and handles amazing. However, I drove it to work today and it has a vibration that starts at about 65 and seems to get a little worse the faster I go. The car is not aligned yet, but I'm feeling this in the seat, not so much in the steering wheel. The rear arms are greasable, and they are not currently greased, but I don't think that would make this much of a difference. But I suppose it could. Any ideas?

Your new suspension setup is alot stiffer than stock(worn out POS) if you had a wheel out of balance before you might not have noticed before the change. Check the balance of the rear wheels!

Yeah I would go ahead and grease everything that can be to start with, cause most of this stuff is not pre-greased.
But like said above, now that all this suspension is installed its going to be a much more rigid chassis and the slightest thing out of balance is going to make you notice it more than before.
I would go ahead and get it aligned and the tires rebalanced. I dont know if you have aftermarket gears or anything like that, but if so an aluminum driveshaft will get rid of a ton of vibration that might be coming from the axle area of the car.
Just suggestions...

RE: New suspension installed, vibration???
Thanks guys, I'm going to pay closer attention to it on the drive home tonight. It does seem more like tire vibration than driveline, it's constant, and not at all noticeable at lower speeds. Thinking about it I believe I did have a slight vibration before. I'm going to a buddies place saturday to return a tool, and he has a tire machine and spin balancer. I'll pull the rears and see if one is bent.
