Default Chips or a Tuner

Hey guys. A friend of mine at work has a 95 Cobra with some decent mods in it. He has a chip right now, but when I told him that I can't use a chip that they flash the EEC in my 05 GT then he asked if they make a tuner for his car, and if so is it better than a chip. So I bring this question to you guys. Anybody know if they have a tuner for the 95 Cobras, and if so who? Thanks for the info.

there isnt a flash tuner, unless you go with a sct 4 bank chip. there are various stand alone and piggy back options. generally a good tuner and a chip is all you really need
