need some price opinions
just about done puttin on the new body parts on my stang after a run in with a gaurd rail about 1 month ago. I need to paint the car but dont kno wat 2 expect on price. The car is white, I want to paint it pearl white. It needs minor minor body work( a few dents here and there) and the front bumper needs 2 be aligned a lil better. Does ne one have an Idea about what it will cost? Ive had friends tell me about 2k, maybe a lil more. Does that sound right?

not meanign to be a dick but that was probably 10 years ago...... to paint it pearl white and fix dents will probably be about 4k...... body work is EXPENSIVE!! its gonna cost me at least 5k to paint my car and fix the dents/rust...

Damn 4K thats almost the same a friend is being charged 2 do a full rear clip weld-on on a 71 chevelle. I think 4k might be a lil off for what my car has 2 be done. I live in Miami and there are 80 million body shops, competition wouldnt allow 4k for a job like mine. Where do you live?

i live in a small town in missouri, so your probably right. but i just remember someone saying earlier JUST to paint their car was going to cost 1700 so i was thinking with dent replacement and pearl paint, it would probably be over 2500.

On the other side of the world (Dubai, UAE), it costs about US$ 800 for a completey new paint job - and this is going to a good garage. The cheap ones will do it for US$ 400! Mine is going in for black as soon as I get it running right.

damn dont we all wish we lived un dubai. My car would be painted 2mmorow!
Tl86 yea im expectin 2k-2.5k for a good job all around. dont really kno wat to expect for a good paint job tho cause ive always painted my previous cars at random body shops and for about $800 bucks ive got a freshly painted car but for my baby stang I want some bad *** paint and a good job. Im goin on what its costin my buddy 2 fix his 71.
