starter soleniod probs

can anyone upload a pic of their stock starter soleniod config. or tell me which wires go on which posts? this is an '89 5.0, it keeps frying soleniods. please help!!!

big ends are for the battery and starter, use the small post with the "s" on it for the ignition switch wire. good advice is to put the battery wire to the side facing farthest away from the engine heat so it lasts longer.
