Default IAC question

my question is if you go from a stock throttle body to a 70mm throttle body will your IAC still work right. Here is my deal a bought a 88 coupe that was a 4cyc converted to a speed density V8,I converted it to a mass air.And basicly I went with a 89gt A9L 5 speed computer,70mm,throttlebody/egr,70mm mass sensor,24lbs injectors, adjustable fuel regulater set for about 35lbs at idle and 40 when you gag it.I had a crazy idle jumped or pulsed.so everyone was telling me to clean the mass air,and the IAC,so i cleaned the mass air and bought a new IAC,the TPS is set at .98-1.0volts.and still the pulse.its not a vaccum leak theres only 4 or 5 vac lines and Ive looked them all over no leaks.Plus a vac leak would give it a rough idle not a 500 to 900 rpm pulse.any help will be great.
