Oil Pan With or Without Sensor?

Oil Pan With or Without Sensor?
All,
Just picked up a new project car, only to find it has a leaky oil pan gasket. Since the pan itself has a couple of dings I figured I'd replace that too. However, I need to find out if my particular engine has a low oil sensor in the pan...any ideas of how I should know/find out without actually dropping the pan first?
Thanks.

RE: Oil Pan With or Without Sensor?
its on the side of the pan. your engine should have it but if you are unsure just look at the pan for a plug on the side. if you get a pan with the sensor hole and you dont have one you can always find a plug for it at someplace like home depot
