what is all around a better 3 generation car. The mustang 5.0 or the Iroc-z 5.7? I heard the the camaro z-28 and Iroc's were faster because there more balanced and have 350's.And camaros have better brakes and better gas milage.Also, the camaros would hookup better traction due to good balance. But for an overall non bysist, look which is all around a better car,speed,looks,mileage,everything.

Hands down Mustang Cobra!! Only at the GT level for now but trying to hunt me down a 93' Cobra. The older camaros are ugly and heavy 5.0's eat them all day. But the newer camaros are tough and come with more stock Hp and Torque. There are wieght classes though i think. Fox Body 5.0 = sqaure body z-28, 5.0 Cobra = roughly Iroc and SS sounds about fair in comparrison. Stangs still kick *** though... oh, sorry you said non-bias. lol My bad.

Even tho i own a stang... i think that camaros are better performance, but you cant beat the looks of any stang!

Those old cameros are just so white-trashy, every once in a while you see one that's not but most of them are.

All around between the two - the 5.0 was definately a more popular, better all around cars. The 5.0's out performed the camero's of their generation, no one can question that. Of course the new camero's (mid - late 90's) outperformed the mustangs, they were way overpriced. I believe the best value has always been in the mustangs, which I suppose is what led to the Camero's demise.
