Stroker Kit HP?

Stroker Kit HP?
I have a 302 with the mods listed bellow in the sig. If I was to get a 331 stroker kit how much hp would that add? They run for around 800+ around my area and I was wondering if its worth it or just do some bolt ons and suspension first.
