Yea, that is correct, the GT40 intake looks like the picture that i posted.

The only thing I would warn you about the explorer lower intakes is that I don't think they have the hole for the Air temperature charge sensor in the stock location for a fox mustang.

You can however drill and tap yourself a hole for where its supposed to go. I had to do that when I put it on the motor and then had a sensor wire that I didnt have a sensor for and thought hey... isn't this supposed to go here somewhere... Its really easy to drill since its aluminum, the hardest part of doing the whole thing was finding the right sized drill bit and the right tap for it, since its a huge hole and its a pipe threading I think.

I think im gonna lean toward a trickflow intake since they arent too much, and i'm not gonna have to worry about if i got the right upper/lower. And since its made for my car, i wont have any issues with stuff fitting or not fitting. Any opinions on which trickflow intake ?

I think I would go with the street heat. If I were going to buy an intake again, I would get that, the price is nice and it looks really good too (the black one).

You probly aren't going to need new injectors until you get your heads and all the other supporting goodies (ie t-body, new meter to go with the injectors, exhaust etc.) Basically until you get heads, don't worry bout the injectors, I think they'll workout just fine.

I already got GT40P heads. Getting either a trickflow or FRPP cam. I plan on getting a larger fuel pump also, and eventually ( hopefully very soon ) a throttle body. I was just gonna use the stock one untill i could get another one. And i have BBk headers and flowmaster exhaust. So with all of the above, will i need 24#ers ?
