Equal length is much harder to install and makes it even more difficult if your engine mounts are old. Unequals put out less power and torque all throughout the powerband, but only by about 2-4 HP.

Equal length are NOT harder to install!!!!!!!!!!! If your cars motormounts are in good shape and the steering column is not bent or warped they go in like butter.... go with equals and get ceramic coated

equals are usually ok///motor mounts dont allways make any diff...runners on equal and unequal are just that..same length on equal///different length on unequal....equals usually have a lil more hp and torq depending on the size of runners... i have had several equal lengths and never had any trouble....same on unequals..

Even if the motormounts are a reason for hard instllation...... get new ones! Its not a bad thing anyway.

exactly if the mounts are shot it doesn't matter how great your motor/car is if you cant hold it together.
