I did a compression test and they were all good. They were all at 120psi +/-4.
I took the car out and it ran strong. I let it get operating temp and still ran strong. The only problem is when I shift from first to second and go wide open the car seems to bog down and then accelerate pretty hard. I don't know if this is caused by it running rich because of the nitrous tune (125hp) or the valves need to be adjusted. Any thougts. Thanks

fpr or fuel pump. check your fuel pressure.

 

If you have a stock pump it might be telling you its time for an upgrade, running so rich on a stock pump will strain it pretty badly.
