This seems like a pretty good deal.

I am looking for a good block like this to boost at 10-15 psi?

Good deal or not???

Not a steal, but not too bad a price for a factory short block.

call around to local engine rebuilders too and see what they will build
a factory roller cam short block for.

no sweat running 10psi of boost.
