Default Alignment

Just finished installing springs/shocks, mm caster camber plates and am going to go in today and get the alignment done. What do you guys recommend for caster and camber settings. My car is for the street only and so nothing very aggresive. My BFGoodrich tires cost me a pretty penny so i want to get as many miles out of them as possible.

Thank you,
Brian

Tell them to set the alignment to '93 Cobra specs. I believe they have slightly more + camber for better handling as compared to stock fox body cars. In fact ask them to show you what the differences are. With caster/camber plates you can even increase caster for addition handling improvement.

I can def. increase caster with cc plates. So increased caster will not effect my tire wear? I just want to keep the camber close to stock, to avoid uneven wear.

Caster does not affect tire wear. More negative caster will make it more stable at higher speeds. You do not want any positive caster. Personally I'd want the camber to be right at zero.
