ok checked my tps volltage with key on closed throttle. 00.01 full throttle 00.09v my computer must be bad huh? probed black and green wires.........

 

I hope those voltages are mis typed
that does not look right.
This is with the engine running?

 

engine off key on..........00.01 volts closed throttle..........00.09volt full throttle........black and green wires probed.

 

Those numbers are off. At closed position you should have .98 v. Try adjusting it. May be bad!

 

its a brand new ford tps,it will not read a volt no matter what i try,full throttle or closed.........

 

the tps shouldnt b the problem if it runs fine (when it starts). if the tps was bad then the idle would b off, part throttle input would stutter...somthin like that. correct? i just got the same problem with mine. It starts fine (when engine is cold) no extended cranking or anything, but once it warms up it just wont go. i also have fuel and spark so thats all fine. what would the car do when the module is bad? does it not start at all, or is it just when its warmed up?

 

finally figured out problem, i had a bad computer, make that 2 bad computers!(what the f@%&!)so i bought a reman. computer and now car is fixed,thank god!!!
