i just installed a new intake manifold and throttle body but didnt get the performance i wanted. my friend who is a service manager for a ford dealership drove it and said i should have more power then i do. i was wandering if i should get bigger injectors? also, if i do get bigger injectors, i have the c&l MAF, do all i have to do is order a new tube from them and install the injectors or is there more to it?

 

with just the intake an tb u wont notice much of a differance because teh overall Hp increase isnt that substantial. if u really want to feel teh differance your upgrades make, get u set of gears and nice set of heads. That stock crap is very restrictive and doesnt allow for your engine to make teh power it could be. I just did that and boy what a differance... and i have teh exhibition of speed ticket to prove it ! [:@]

 

well try putting in a set of 1.7 rocker and this will help with flow..what size t/b ? anything bigger than 65 is a waste on a stock engine what is the size of the maf?..injector size is not whats needed at this point as the 19's are good to like 270hp or so..

 

Get some heads bro !! And add a cam and watch out !
