1990 GT STOCK
I HAVE A 1990 MUSTANG GT. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHAT IS MY STOCK REAR END GEARS. AND IF MY DIFF IS 8.8. DOES MY CAR HAVE TRAK-LOK.AND IF IT DOES WHAT IS THAT.IF I WANT MY TWO TIRES TO SPIN WHAT DO NEED TO UPGRADE.SORRY IM A NEWBIE.MY CAR IS A 5 SPEED SO THINK I NEED 3.73s? THANK YOU

Hey doeboy, I'm fairly new to. Spend some time surfing the posts you'll find alot of great mods in the listings. I cant help you with your rear end Q's but I'm fairly sure that you do have a trak-lok rear end. Also try looking on the inside end of the drivers door there should be a sticker with some of the info that your looking for.

and lay off the caps lock.
If your clutch pack in the rear diff is worn out you might need to replace it. I haven't rebuilt mine yet, but some people recommend taking the best disc from your current one and putting it in with the new ones to firm it up a little more.
