Default Ignition Switch

I just put in my new ignition switch and i go to turn the key and i have nothing. Wont even turn over? What did i do wrong?

You still didn't say if you mean the actual switch down on the column or the lock cylinder at the top, but I'll assume the switch down on the column. 2 things come to mind. Either you didn't plug the harness back up (or it's not tight and plugged up properly) or you didn't get the push rod into the slot properly.
