Thanks for the replies folks...and thanks for the offer, Fordracing. Unfortunately, I have to have the car back on the road by the end of tomorrow...and certainly by the end of the weekend. I'm gonna peruse Craigslist and the Recycler for a set of used shorties. Otherwise, I'm just gonna have the old one welded. Thanks again everyone.
